Log #42: December is here
It felt like another low week for my projects. Not for any particularly bad reasons - I just don’t feel like I’m making much progress.
Like last week, I spent a decent amount of time this week researching and learning for my B2B SaaS idea. And with that came more ideas, which is quite promising - I’m enjoying the ideation process of thinking about the problems and coming up with potential solutions. And it might be one of the first times I’ve been a bit excited by a ‘boring’ idea.
On top of that, I’ve been exploring existing products and figuring out what my advantages over them are. Without that, there’s literally no point pursuing the problem. As it stadns, I’m liking my chances (assuming I’m correct), even as a solo business.
Still, I need to talk to more people. So I messaged someone asking if they have time for a chat (my message was obviously better than just that line), though I haven’t heard back from them yet. I’ll follow up this week.
I want to start building something this month, even if it’s a prototype, but I’m expecting to properly start building the MVP in January.
I feel like I’ve been neglecting my other project, so I decided I will write my annual year-in-review newsletter this month. So I’ll start on that.
