Log #40: Small steps forward

I sent a few more emails this week asking for feedback on the ebook - I got a single response, so I’m please with that. They didn’t have any real constructive feedback though, they’re simply happy with it. I’ll send a few more emails early this week, but I’ll probably stop for a couple of weeks since people get flooded with emails this time of year.

I spent a little time fixing a few issues with the static site. And that also allowed me to add an RSS feed to it. I don’t know how many people are going to use it, but it’s now there.

On the new business ideation, I spent a decent amount of time this week doing some research into the technical side (which is the most interesting part of it I guess). But I also set up a meeting with a friend who works in the industry I’m looking at to do a bit of a customer interview so I can start actually working out whether it’s a problem that needs solving.

• Do more problem exploration.
