Log #28: Admin work, thinking about the next project

It’s been a slightly slower week on my projects.

I’ve worked through my TODO list to check off a few admin tasks, like sunsetting more Delivery Ravens stuff that wasn’t critical to the launch last week and accounting.

Sales of the info product kept coming in this week - though they’ve dropped quite significantly. I need to do more marketing!

Started thinking about my next project, and I’m seriously considering reviving an old project, but I don’t know whether it’s a dumb idea to try again given it already failed once. If I understand why it failed the first time, and have a way to address those issues this time, does it have potential?

The first response to ‘is this business project worth doing’ would be to validate by getting someone to pre pay for it, but this is one of those products that requires some traffic. If I don’t have a better idea, I might do it.
