Brownies

Triple-chocolate brownies with dark, milk, and white chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 140g butter
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 225g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 60g plain flour
  • 60g cocoa powder

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to gas mark 4.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate.
  3. Add the butter, sugar, and eggs to the dark chocolate.
  4. Mix.
  5. Add the flour and cocoa powder.
  6. Mix.
  7. Chop the milk chocolate and white chocolate.
  8. Add the chopped chocolate.
  9. Mix.
  10. Bake for about 30 minutes.
